About Us

The Rockland Park Community Association (RPCA) is formed of resident volunteers who live in the community. As a non-profit association, the RPCA acts as a political advocate for Rockland Park with the elected Municipal, Provincial and Federal representatives. The RPCA is responsible for working with the City of Calgary on a wide variety of community issues such as traffic calming, playground zones, and city park issues, to name just a few.

The RPCA is part of the bigger picture of Community Associations in Calgary and can develop interesting projects in the community in collaboration with the HOA and future businesses.

Benefits of Membership

RPCA membership gives you access to local discounts, RPCA events and future RPCA projects.

Membership Fees

The annual membership TBD (tentative summer 2026). The membership fee is optional and can be paid at the HOA office or through e-transfer to rocklandparkca@gmail.com.

    Land Acknowledgment

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, the Rockland Park Community Association both acknowledges and pays tribute to the traditional territories of the peoples of Treaty 7, which include the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprised of the Siksika, the Piikani, and the Kainai First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney First Nations). We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Districts 5 & 6.

Finally, we acknowledge all Nations – Indigenous and non – who live, work and play on this land, and who honour and celebrate this territory.
